We currently ship to customers in the following regions:

North America: United States (all contiguous states), Canada

Europe: EU member states (such as Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, etc.) and the United Kingdom

Note: Some remote areas or islands may not be delivered and may incur additional shipping charges. Please confirm this during checkout.

2. Processing Time
All orders will be reviewed, packaged, and shipped within 1-3 business days after your payment is successfully received (delivery time may be delayed due to holidays).

Please note: Processing time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We work with well-known and trusted global logistics partners (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local postal services) to ensure the safe delivery of your package.

Standard delivery time (for reference only, specific time may vary depending on the destination and season):

United States: approximately 5-10 business days

Canada/Europe: approximately 7-15 business days

Please note: the above delivery time is calculated from the time the package leaves the warehouse and does not include order processing time. Delivery time may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays, customs inspections, weather conditions and seasonal logistics congestion.

IV. Shipping Costs
The shipping cost will be automatically calculated based on your delivery address, product weight and volume (since quilts and pillows are lightweight items, they are calculated based on volumetric weight). You can view the exact shipping cost after entering your delivery address during checkout.

5. Order Tracking

The carrier typically collects these charges (cash on delivery) and may contact you for payment before shipping. We have no responsibility or control over these taxes. 7. Lost or Damaged Packages
We ensure that every package is carefully packaged. However, if you encounter any problems during shipping:

Damage in Shipping: If your package is damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product immediately and contact us at [invoicing@rayidea.com] within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company and processing a replacement or refund.

Lost Package: If shipping information has not been updated for an extended period or displays an anomaly, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in inquiring with the shipping company and following up.
